Youth Week
Each year, Lane Cove Council partners with young people from across our region to plan and implement events for Youth Week. In 2024 we ran a Battle of the Bands Competition, a Youth Week Art Celebration, a 1-Minute Short Film Competition, and partnered with North Sydney Council to run a youth fair day called ColourFlix.
We are now seeking volunteers to help plan our 2025 Youth Week Battle of the Bands. If you're aged 11 to 24, we want your input! Join our Youth Week Organising Committee to get involved.
