Youth Panel: The Pacific on the Frontline of Climate Change
Published on 23 October 2024
Council is set to welcome six young people from the small Pacific Island nations of Kiribati and Tuvalu for a youth panel to share their culture and stories of resilience in the face of climate change.
Held at Lane Cove Library on Tuesday 5 November, we encourage young people to attend to learn from their peers about this important issue which is impacting all communities.
On the night, there will be a presentation and discussion forum with these young climate leaders with the opportunity for the audience to ask questions.
This event is co-hosted by the Edmund Rice Centre and Lane Cove Council.
This is a free event, but registrations are essential. Don't miss out!
