Annual Customer Survey Underway

Calls will be made to local residents over the next two weeks as part of our Council's annual Customer Satisfaction Survey process.

If you are one of the participants who receives a call it will come from a friendly member of the Micromex team who are responsible for undertaking the process on Council's behalf. 

Your feedback is important in helping to:

  • Identify what services are most important to you
  • Measure how satisfied you are with the Council's performance
  • Discover key areas for improvement and future priorities

All participants are asked to rate their satisfaction from 1 (not satisfied) to 5 (very satisfied). This feedback is crucial in shaping our services and setting priorities for the future. 

If you don't receive a phone call but have feedback for Council, we'd still love to hear from you! By giving us feedback on your experience, you can help Council to better understand your journey with us and consider what we can do to enhance the services we provide to our thriving community.
