Data Centre proposed for 12 Mars Road Lane Cove

The Goodman Group have lodged a development application with the NSW Department of Planning to build a data centre at 12 Mars Road in Lane Cove West.

The site is located in the Lane Cove West Business Park and the developer is currently preparing an Environmental Impact Statement.

Social Impact Study

The Goodman Group has commissioned Urbis Social Planning to prepare a Social Impact Assessment (SIA) to support the EIS.
