Lane Cove is continuing to step into the future of sustainable transportation with the installation of six state-of-the-art kerbside electric vehicle (EV) chargers. Conveniently located on Little St Lane Cove, Mowbray Rd West Lane Cove North, and Bellevue Avenue Greenwich, these new charging stations will support the community’s commitment to embracing greener technologies, reflected in the growing number of EV users in the area.

The new chargers have been installed by Plus ES with support from the NSW Government’s EV Charging Grant Program. Utilising the existing infrastructure of public power poles, this innovative approach ensures a safe and efficient experience, bringing EV charging right to the kerb while maintaining the aesthetic charm of Lane Cove's streets.

With these latest installations, the total number of kerbside charging points in Lane Cove has now reached 15, complemented by an additional 22 charging stations located in Council carparks. Residents can easily access all details on the various locations and charging specifications by visiting the Lane Cove Council's Parking webpage.
