Standard Conditions of Development Consent

The list of standard conditions is utilised by the assessment staff in the processing of development applications.

It must be noted that these conditions form a resource to the staff to select conditions which are specific, suitable and appropriate to a development.

In many instances these conditions will be amended to specifically fit the proposed development.

Further to this, staff may apply conditions that are not included in the list of standard conditions.
