BPAY

BPAY allows you to pay over the phone or through the internet from your bank account.

Commonwealth Bank Branch

Council is aware that the Commonwealth Bank in Lane Cove Plaza no longer accepts cash and as such no longer accepts cash rate payments. 

Council is currently exploring an alternate payment provider and will have this option in place for the next rates instalment.

In the interim, other CommBank branches (such as Crows Nest) still accept cash payments for Lane Cove Council rates.

Payment of amount due may be made by cash or cheque - you do not need to hold an account with the bank. 

No transfer fee will be charged by the Commonwealth Bank, however Council will not be responsible for delays in the banking system.

Securepay accept MasterCard and VISA.

The Securepay service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Online

Log on to Council's Online Rate Payment section, where you can pay rates by Credit Card (MasterCard and VISA).

Cheques are made payable to: LANE COVE COUNCIL and crossed "Not Negotiable".

In Person

Accounts may be paid at the Customer Service desk at the Civic Centre, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm (Except Public Holidays).

Cheque, VISA or Mastercard only.

Lane Cove Council is no longer accepting cash payments.

Post dated cheques will not be accepted by Council.
